At Charlotte Villa, the health and well-being of our residents and colleagues are our top priority. We’ve worked incredibly hard to keep our community Covid-free and endeavour to follow all Public Health, RHRA, and Ministry of Seniors & Accessibility recommended guidelines related to infection control protocols and procedures.

- 24-hour onsite nursing support and monitoring by Personal Support Workers supervised by Director of Health and Wellness
- Personal Care Consultation with Director of Health and Wellness
- In-suite meal service if ill
- Medication Management includes assistance with administration, storage and processing of prescribed medications by physician
- Emergency Care Attendant Call System
- Weekly change and laundry of linens and towels
- Weekly personal laundry done on an individual basis
- Weekly housekeeping - vacuuming, dusting, floors washed, bathroom sanitized
- Daily garbage pickup.

Charlotte Villa's lovely dining room is the perfect place to connect with friends and enjoy your daily meals. Our kitchen staff goes the extra mile to create menus that are both delicious and nutritious. Have special dietary needs? No problem! Aren't feeling well? You can receive a tray in your room. We do our best to accommodate your preferences and needs.
